I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that participation in the Sleigh & Cutter Parade involves inherent risks, including around horses, vehicles, and winter conditions. In consideration of being allowed to participate, I agree to release and hold harmless the Sleigh & Cutter Festival, its officers, volunteers, sponsors, and the City of Waseca from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising out of my/our participation. I further certify that: My entry is in safe operating condition; Any animals are under control; I/we will carry our own health/medical/accident insurance; and I am responsible for the actions of everyone in my entry. If signing for a group or youth entry, I certify I am authorized to sign on their behalf.
